Accurate Details
Customers must provide correct collection and delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Packaging Responsibility
All items must be securely packaged and clearly labelled. EZ Courier Logistics is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.
Prohibited Items
We do not carry hazardous materials, cash, valuable jewellery, illegal goods, or items requiring special handling, unless agreed in advance.
Delivery Timeframes
Same-day and next-day services are subject to traffic, weather, and other conditions outside our control. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
Insurance & Liability
We have comprehensive fleet insurance that includes full goods-in-transit coverage. For exceptionally high-value items, additional specialised insurance can be arranged if required.
Missed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable, parcels may be left with a neighbour or returned for redelivery. Redelivery fees apply.
Cancellations
Same-day bookings cancelled within 1 hour of collection may be charged in full. Next-day cancellations after 4pm may also be charged.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking, or we can provide a payment plan to regular businesses. Ferry, toll, congestion and ULEZ charges are applied separately until there is no alternative route.
Data Protection
All customer information is handled according to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
